Our leather chefs roll is totally bespoke and handmade made from top quality veg tan leather that can be dyed almost any colour. You can customise the roll to the size and as many  compartments as you require. Two brass buckles secure the roll nice and tight, the blades slide down into the leather pockets so the risk of you cutting yourself is kept to a minimum. The soft leather flap protects your  knives and stops them  from falling out. 

Welt guards also protect the stitching from your sharp knives .

Our chefs roll is totally handmade in house. We hand stitch with traditional saddle stitching using waked tigre thread. RM Williams saddle dressing ensures the leather has a great authentic look.
